The weather is warming up and our Striper and White Bass fishing remains very good on artificial lures.  As the water surface temperatures warm up, our Striper fishing will only get better.  Slab spoon season is starting, but we are having great success throwing soft plastic swimbaits on half-ounce to one-ounce jigheads depending on the water depth Striper are holding.

Our staff is finding Striper in the early mornings and late afternoons pushing threadfin shad to the surface with great success with top-water plugs.  Once the top-water actions fades, our guides are using slab spoons and swimbaits in 15-25 feet of water.  We will update this page on May 12.
