  1. If you cancel within the 7 days of your trip or 24 hours of your trip and we cannot find a replacement trip you will be billed the full rate of your scheduled trip. This applies to the Marina’s lodging policy also. If you represent a group, we are more flexible and can work with you on scheduled meals.

Inclement Weather

We are a safe minded outfit. Sometimes we must wait for the weather to clear out. Most rainstorms move over the lake in a short amount of time.

“You never your deposit due to Mother Nature.” Rare is the time we cannot go. As a matter of fact. Bring us cloud cover, threatening rain looking weather and a good chop on the water and the fish love it.

We always make the call at our boathouse. The weatherman has a tough job. They can be wrong. So, think twice about calling us the day before and think we can’t go.

If by chance the weather doesn’t clear we will reschedule for a future date. We understand that things happen. We will work with you to come up with a fair arrangement for both us and special circumstances.

We are a small company, and cancellations greatly affect our bottom line.

There is no one fairer than us. So please understand our policy.

All cancellations must be done by calling us at 903-786-4477 and talking to a Striper Express/ Texas Corporate Retreats employee.

Be clear, state your name and date of your outing.
